Return & Refund Policy (Non-Returnable Products)

At BONT & BINT, customer safety, hygiene, and product integrity are our highest priorities.

Due to the personal nature of skincare and cosmetic products, all products sold on our website are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once delivered.

Non-Returnable Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Shampoos
  • Conditioners
  • Cosmetic Products
  • Skincare Products
  • Personal Care Products
  • Opened Products
  • Used Products
  • Products with Broken Safety Seals

Eligible Cases for Refund or Replacement

Refunds or replacements will only be considered if:

  • You receive a damaged product.
  • You receive the wrong product.
  • An item is missing from your order.
  • The product is damaged during transit.

Reporting a Claim

To request assistance, please contact our customer support within 24 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Order Number
  • Clear photographs of the product
  • Images of the outer packaging
  • An unboxing video (strongly recommended)

Requests received after the specified timeframe may not be eligible for review.

Refund Process

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, or
  • A replacement product will be shipped, subject to stock availability.

Order Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled before they are dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
