  • Other Cities: 4–7 Business Days
  • Remote Locations: 5–10 Business Days

Actual delivery times may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated during checkout and displayed before payment confirmation.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable).

Delivery Attempts

Courier partners generally make multiple delivery attempts. If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address or customer unavailability, the shipment may be returned to us.

Damaged Shipment

If your parcel appears damaged upon arrival, please contact our customer support within 24 hours of delivery along with photographs of the package and product.
